Troubleshooting Tips:

Here is a list of things to do when you are having problems with your internet.

  • Reboot POE (black box) and Router
  • Check back cable or the cable from outside to make sure it is plugged into the POE port on the black box
  • Check that the cable plugged into the LAN port is connected to the WLAN port or the internet port on the router (generally the port by itself)
  • Bypass the router by connecting the LAN port cable directly to computer and unplug the power to the router
  • Reboot the computer
